Habits to promote Big Picture Thinking:

  • Quality over perfectionism: focus on the overall priorities of the organization, instead of focusing on completing duties perfectly.

  • Setting worthwhile goals: Identify and align goals with what matters most to the organization. 

  • Delegating duties: you need to delegate duties that could be distracting

  • Make organized list: create list from high to low priority

  • Collaborate with coworkers

  • Make time for reflection
